Email Jennifer at Jennifer@adornhats.co.uk with a contact phone number and a desired time and you will be called back to discuss your requirements over the phone.

Website Orders:
Browse our site and click on an item thumbnail image for more information. For an additional view of any item click on the ‘thumbnails' link below the main item image. To view a different colour option click any colour swatch square below the main item.

To add to your basket:

• Select your colour choice from the colour drop-down list
• Select your quantity
• Select your size (use the sizing table for assistance)
• Click 'add to bag'

You will be taken to your shopping bag page where you can review or amend what has been added to your bag.

If you are happy you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

You can view your shopping bag contents at any time by clicking the shopping bag link at the top of any page on our site.

To go to checkout:

• Go to your shopping bag from the bag link at the top of any page.
• Check the items in your bag.
• To change quantities just amend the number and click the update button to the right.
• To delete an item simply click the delete button.
• Once you are happy with the items in your bag click the 'checkout' button.

Checkout & Payment:

Checkout is a simple process.

1. You will be asked if you are an existing customer or new to the site, if you are new you will be taken to step 1. If you are an existing customer you will be taken to step 2 to confirm your details.

2. Enter your card holder information and check and agree our Terms & Conditions then click on Next.

3. Check your details and add an alternative shipping address if different from your card billing address at this time you can always add a complimentary gift message, otherwise click on Next.

4. You will nw be taken to Pay Pal's secure payment process where you will enter your card details which will be encrypted and securely sent for authorisation and approval (your browser address bar will start with https:// and in some browsers a padlock will appear in the bottom of the browser window).

5. Click on Make Payment. Your purchase is now complete. An order confirmation page will provide your order reference number and an email will be sent to the email address given confirming your purchase. We accept most credit and UK debit cards. Our secure and encrypted credit card processor Pay Pal is endorsed by the major global banks.
