Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return your goods to us in their original condition unworn and unused within 7 days, at your (the purchaser's) expense. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss the problem. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods, which fail to reach us. On receipt of your goods, we will refund you the price of the goods but not the postage. We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavor to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Any refund due will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase once we have received the returned items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your account to be credited once we have received the returned items. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Faulty Goods
In the case of defective items or errors on our part, we will happily refund your delivery costs and costs incurred by yourself in returning the goods to us or replace the item free of charge. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods, which fail to reach us.

  2. In all cases, ensure you have a Certificate of Posting stamped and initialed at your post office of sending. This is your proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us

Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.
